She again embraced our “International schedule and time zone” without hesitation and rolled with all the challenges of our relocation back to the US. While still in the Netherlands, she listened to what we really wanted in our new home, she sent us listings via email, searched and searched as we narrowed our “wants and must haves”, she previewed properties and ruled out many for us (a huge time saver!)…and with a tight window and only one of us in the country scheduled showings of some fabulous house choices on the Eastside. After finding a favorite, we ended taking a Skype tour for the spouse back in the NL we had a winner. No easy task for most. Again, a great experience. We have now worked with Ann as both Buyer and Seller and couldn’t be happier and loving our new home in Redmond. Again, big thanks to Ann!
