My path to Real Estate is a little unconventional. My family moved to Seattle when I was 11 years old where we bought a home on Capitol Hill. I attended High School near Greenlake & got my Bachelors degree from Loyola Marymount University. I went on to get my Masters degree in Counseling. After 20+ years in the world of Social Work, it was time for a change. After serious exploration I decided that I would blend my passion for helping people with my passion for homes. That was 15 years ago! I absolutely love what I do.
When you work with me that is indeed who you will be seeing and talking to throughout the transaction. My goal, each and every time, is to make the process as calm, smooth, happy and efficient as possible. I will guide you through the experience with reliable, consistent communication and expertise.I am dedicated and knowledgeable and will provide you with the highly specialized information that will help you make the right decision for your lifestyle. It’s the combination of this unique market-knowledge and excellent negotiating skills that enable me to get you the optimal price for any property you plan to sell or buy.
My clients become my friends. 99% of my work comes through past clients referral. No question is too small, no problem insurmountable."Trustworthy, responsive, detailed, efficient, competent, great negotiator, reliable, and fun to work with,” are all comments about my service from past clients. I care about my clients and enjoy my work! .
I look forward to getting to know you and assisting you with your real estate needs.
